Training:

I am a licensed clinical psychodynamic psychologist in private practice with extensive training and experience working with adolescent and adults.  During the past 26 years I have worked in various clinical settings with adults who have been suffering from issues related to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, as well as with those who have been suffering from loss and bereavement.  I also work with parents who are struggling with issues related to prenatal and post partum adjustment (realizing that this period of adjustment could be from inception to adulthood!)

My professional experience also includes teaching.  I have taught graduate level classes at the California Graduate Institute in West Los Angeles and continue to supervise graduate students as well as licensed clinicians in various clinical settings.

Other related experience includes teaching pre-school, running psycho-educational parenting groups, working as a weight-loss facilitator for both children and adults, as well as working as a clinician with adolescents and their families in residential treatment.
