Rates
I prefer to discuss my fee by phone or during our first session.  Once the fee has been set, you are responsible for paying for each session at the time of the session.

Insurance
I am not a preferred provider on any insurance plan.  However, I do provide a "superbill" at the end of the month that can be submitted to your insurance company.  Services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment
Cash or checks accepted for payment.
